 Deputy General Manager ( COE)

  • Deputy Manager COE, implements, designs, and manages the tasks of the organization, and also ensures that they meet the needs of the department and support a high-performance culture.
  • They lead the implementation and development of comprehensive performance management systems to handle employee engagement and productivity.
  • COE’s responsibility is to oversee the planning and management of Human Resource budgets and payment arrangements, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
  • Additionally, they ensure Human Resource practices comply with legal needs and mitigate organizational risks.

Experience: 

  • Experience must be 8-10 years of professional experience, experience in a large multinational organization is preferable with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a relevant job at an equivalent position or one level under position.

Education:
