Deputy General Manager (COE)

  • Implements, designs, and manages the work and supports a high-performance culture.
  • They lead the implementation and development of comprehensive performance management systems to handle employee engagement and productivity.
  • COE’s responsibility is to oversee the planning and management of Human Resource budgets and payment arrangements.

Experience: 

  • Experience (8-10 years) in a large multinational organization preferably with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a relevant job at an equivalent or one level under position.
